Reserve Team Workshops

The Advocacy and Mooting Unit UUM organises Reserve Team Workshops to nurture and prepare future mooters. These sessions pffer structured training in advocacy, legal analysis, and mooting procedures. Participants benefit not only from the guidance of experienced mooters but also from the valuable insights shared by legal practitioners, who offer practical advice and feedback. Through this supportive and enriching environment, reserve team members gain the skills and confidence needed for future mooting competitions.

The guidance offered our Reserve Team members a clearer understanding of what it takes to excel in mooting, inspiring them to approach future competitions with greater confidence and purpose.

The UUM Moot Reserve Team consists of a group of aspiring mooters who are selected through a multi-stage selection process. These remarkable individuals form the talent pool of those who will represent UUM in the mooting arena both nationally and internationally. 
 
The Advocacy  & Mooting Unit manages the Reserve Team. Trainings and other moot related opportunities are regularly conducted for the benefit of the Reserve Team, so that they are enable to sharpen their advocacy and mooting skills as well as gain exposure. 

OPPORTUNITIES

The Advocacy & Mooting Unit acknowledges that success in the mooting arena is not merely subject to an individual's skill and knowledge but also requires high levels of commitment and dedication. Thus, the Unit is devoted to refining the quality of the mooters, not just in terms of their mooting ability, but also by igniting the passion to moot so that mooters are committed towards striving for excellence and soaring to greater heights.
